Payment:
We accept any of the cards mentioned on the order form, but goods can only be sent to the billing address. If paying by cheque, please write your cheque guarantee card number, guaranteed amount and expiry date on the back of your cheque. Cheques will require 5 working days for clearance before the goods are despatched. Please make cheques payable to Maverick Designs.

Delivery:
UK: We aim to deliver your goods within 7 working days from clearance of your cheque for items in stock, but please allow for delays.

In the event that an item is out of stock, we will advise you accordingly and provide an estimated delivery date.

Bespoke orders will take between 6-8 weeks for delivery.

A delivery charge of £3.95 applies to all UK orders up to £50, £7.50 for orders up to £100, and £10 for orders up to £200.

For all UK orders from £200 postage and packaging is FREE.
Overseas: We accept orders for delivery to any global destination. We will quote delivery charges upon receipt of your order.

Stock Availability:
Items made to order or bespoke may take up to 8 weeks. We will advise you of the time frame. Please note that made to order and bespoke items are NON REFUNDABLE.

Returns and exchanges:
We hope you will be delighted with your purchase. If you are not, just return it to us in its original condition within 7 days and we will issue you with a full refund for the price of the item or with an exchange if you so wish.

To make a return, write on the back of your delivery note, giving the reason for the return and wrap the package securely. Then please return it to Maverick Designs. Send your parcel to

We will also refund the delivery if the return is as a result of our error.
We recommend that you obtain a certificate of posting when you return your parcel. These are available free at the post office and will enable us to action your refund should your parcel be delayed or lost in the post. We will write to confirm when your exchange or refund has been processed. Please allow up to 3 weeks during busy times.

Damaged/ Faulty goods:

If you receive damaged/ faulty goods we will replace them or refund in full (including the original postage charge)

Please call us on 0870 350 6750 within 7 days of receiving your order to obtain a Returns Authorisation Number and instructions on how to return the goods to us.

Trade Descriptions Act:
All dimensions are approximate and every care has been taken to ensure that the colours are reproduced accurately. As most of the items are natural materials, hand dyed and/or handmade, shading and dimensions may vary slightly from the product pictured.
